Our Founders
Carter Smith is 20+ year veteran in life science consulting and customer insights. Carter’s contributions to the industry in the area of quantitative innovation are widely recognized. With over a dozen invited conference presentations for organizations such as the AMA, Intellus and PMSA, as well as invited training for companies like Teva, GSK and Takeda, Carter brings the practical value of his work directly to clients and colleagues. He is the 2017 recipient of the Marketing Researcher of the Year by the PMRG Institute and holds a PhD in organizational psychology with a concentration in applied statistics.

Min Kang
Min Kang is a 20-year veteran of the life science consulting arena, bringing diverse industry relationships to our company from her years of brand-level consulting, where she built an impressive book of repeat clients. Min recently worked as Associate Director of Competitive Intelligence for a leading Oncology pharmaceutical manufacturer, where she sharpened her already-impressive Oncology expertise. Her time on the client side allowed Min to develop a strong “insider view” to help us anticipate your needs and circumstances. Min leads the quantitative research program and ensures client service success at euPlexus.
